PURCHASING PRODUCTS FROM OUR ONLINE STORE
Please note that if you opt for 'Collect at Store' at check out, our in store returns policy will supersede any distant selling conditions. Our in store terms and conditions returns policy entitles you to an exchange or credit note valid for 3 months if your return is made within 14 days of purchase.
When purchasing products from the Blues online webstore you acknowledge to have read and agree with the following terms and conditions. If you have any questions relating to our terms and conditions, please do not hesitate to get in touch via the following email address online@bluesstore.co Payment in full is required when purchasing any product within our online store unless prior agreement has been made. Confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address you provided during the order process when payment in full has been received. When placing your order using our online store a legally binding contract is created between Colourway Clothing Ltd and you, the buyer.

Please note. We do not offer a prop hire service. We are a family run business.
If it comes to our attention that products purchased on our website have been used with the intent to return items 'after use', Colourway Clothing Ltd retain the right to charge you an hourly fit rate (of £150 per hour) until the item(s) have been returned to us. Any costs incurred during this process will be charged to you.
PRICING
Pricing within our online inventory is total at time of publishing and is not inclusive of carriage unless otherwise stated. All prices on the Blues online store are supplied in British Pound Sterling (£). If you are purchasing products from outside the UK, Blues is not responsible for any import or customs duties that may occur on arrival in the destination country. We reserve the right to amend pricing according to our chosen method of delivery set by our courier at any given time. Please note that certain items (dictated by the brand) in our inventory our prohibited from any discounts.
INVENTORY AND STOCK LEVELS
All products within our online store are subject to availability. Stock levels are maintained automatically, but if for any reason an item you have ordered is no longer available we shall endeavour to inform you as soon as possible.
ACCURACY OF INVENTORY & ONLINE STORE
We take every measure and care to ensure that the description and specifications of all our products are listed correctly. An accurate photographic representation is given for all items within our inventory and we do not accept responsibility for individuals’ monitor or search engine specifications.
RETURNING & EXCHANGING ITEMS
If you are not happy with your online order for any reason, you are more than welcome to an exchange (subject to availability) or a refund on full-price items providing the goods have not been worn or used and are sent back to us with all tags in place within 14 days of notifying the store. Please contact us for authorisation before returning any goods so that we can supply a returns authorisation code. Items purchased in the sale can be returned within 7 days for an exchange or refund.
Please note that we are a small, independent business. We charge you, the customer what it costs our business to send parcels to you and unless there has been a mistake created in the shipping process by Blues we are unable to refund shipping costs when items are returned for a refund or exchange.
Orders sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted and returned to the sender.
Exclusions to this apply to cosmetic products, swimwear and lingerie, where we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return postage costs incurred in an exchange or return are payable by you unless otherwise agreed by Blues. Exchanges will be sent immediately on return of your original purchase.
Returning faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you; we take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting online@bluesstore.co about the fault.
As of 1st January 2021 there may be additional taxes and duties that are not included in the shipping rates at checkout when shipping to countries within the EU. Colourway Clothing Ltd does not take responsibility for any customs fees or charges for EU orders. These customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. VAT is charged at 0% on EU sales at checkout. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EC).
Purchases made in-store on full price items are subject to a 14 day return policy. For store returns, we offer an exchange or credit note only. If an item is not available to exchange, the customer will be issued with a credit note to be used within 3 months of the original purchase date. Items bought in-store in the sale are non-returnable.
Faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your Paypal account to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. Please note that refunds onto Paypal can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations. Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to credit cards.
Again, exclusions apply to cosmetic products, swimwear and lingerie, where we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.
Under no circumstances will we accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and/or tags removed.
Returns & exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted.

The images within our website remain the property of Blues unless otherwise stated. If you wish to use any of the content, be it photographic or written material published within our site, please contact us for authorisation before doing so. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose unless written confirmation is obtained from Blues.
PRIVACY POLICY
We take every effort to secure the privacy of our clients’ information, which is collected through our site or gained from subscriptions to our mailing list and purchases made via our online webstore. Paypal handles transactions placed through our online webstore and the only information gained for this exercise relates to items ordered and postal requirements and address details. Information gained from such methods allows us to ensure that your order is delivered to you efficiently and without any hiccups along the way.
We shall endeavor to keep any information held about you up to date and accurate. It would be great if you could inform us of any changes to your information.
